We are proud to offer Thompson Valley Ranch’s natural grass-fed Angus beef through our optional Beefy and Extra Beefy Shares. Ranch Manager Bryan Roccucci explains that unlike many producers, their cattle are all born and raised on-site, not purchased from outside sources. That means Thompson Valley Ranch beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.
The historic ranch is in a gorgeous location, just off of LaPorte Road in Quincy. Their happy cows enjoy acres of pasture, plenty of fresh air and the good company of their bovine friends.
Though our region is home to many ranches, most of these operations sell their cows to feed lots for fattening. Thompson Valley Ranch is one of the few ranches that sells exclusively to local communities.
